Triple J Logistics is a freight and logistics services company. We coordinate truckload and LTL freight, warehousing & distribution, and brokered capacity — and we run all of it the same disciplined way.
Who we are
We won't open with a big number, because we don't think that's what earns trust. What earns trust is how a company behaves between your quote request and your signed proof of delivery — and that's the part we've built deliberately.
Triple J Logistics exists for shippers who are tired of vague pricing, unreturned calls, and finding out about a delay from their own customer. Our answer to all three is structural: one dispatch line, quotes that live in writing, and updates that come to you at every milestone without being chased.
How we operate
- One point of contact. Call (312) 555-0177 or email dispatch@triplejlogistics.com and you reach the desk that is actually planning and tracking your freight.
- Everything in writing. Quotes are itemized with their assumptions spelled out, and rates are confirmed in a written agreement before a truck is dispatched.
- Carrier standards. Before a brokered load is tendered, we check the carrier's operating authority and insurance — every time, not just the first time.
- Milestone updates. Pickup confirmed, in transit, delivered. If something changes, you hear it from us first, with options.
- Documents handled. Bills of lading, accessorial records, and proof of delivery are collected, checked, and returned to you.
What we don't do
- We don't quote vaguely. A number without written assumptions is a surprise waiting to happen, so we don't send one.
- We don't promise what we can't plan. If a pickup date or transit window isn't realistic, we say so and offer the one that is.
- We don't hide handoffs. When a load is brokered, you know it's brokered, and the carrier hauling it is named on your paperwork.
- We don't disappear after pickup. The load is tracked until the POD is back with you — that's the end of a move, not the trailer leaving your dock.
The name on the door
The three chevrons in our mark are the way we think about every shipment: quoted, moved, delivered — three commitments, in order, each one kept before the next begins. It's a simple standard, and it's the one we ask you to hold us to.
