Privacy Policy

The short version

This website exists to tell you what Triple J Logistics does and to let you request a freight quote. The only personal information we collect here is what you type into the quote form, and we use it for one purpose: preparing your quote and responding to you.

What the quote form collects

When you submit the form on our Get a quote page, you send us:

• Your name and company
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to include it
• The service you're asking about, the origin and destination of the shipment, and any load details you add

None of these fields are hidden from you — what you see on the form is what we receive.

How we use it

We use your submission to prepare a quote, to respond to your request, and — if you go on to ship with us — to coordinate that shipment. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists because you asked for a quote.

How the form is delivered

The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-processing service. When you press submit, your entries pass through FormSubmit's servers and arrive in our dispatch inbox at dispatch@triplejlogistics.com. FormSubmit's handling of submissions is described in its own privacy documentation on its website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own tracking cookies. If you arrived here by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform that showed it to you (for example, Google Ads) may set or read its own cookies under its own policies — that happens under the platform's control, not ours. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, as virtually all web hosts do.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and, where a shipment goes ahead, for our business records of that shipment. If you'd like a request removed sooner, ask us — see below.

Your access and deletion choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold from your submissions, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dispatch@triplejlogistics.com or call (312) 555-0177 and we'll act on the request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
